At Hockey, we stand behind our gear and offer a 30-day return policy for all unused equipment and apparel. If your new gear doesn't help you dominate the ice, we'll make it right with a hassle-free exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective film remains on sticks or blades.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
