How do I know what size hockey stick to buy?
Generally, a stick should reach between your nose and chin while standing in your socks. Remember that cutting a stick will increase its stiffness (flex).
Do you offer professional skate sharpening?
Yes, we provide custom radius sharpening for all skates purchased through our store. You can select your preferred hollow depth at checkout.
What is your return policy on protective gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused protective gear in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, base layers and mouthguards cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment like goalie pads?
Standard shipping for oversized equipment typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited options are available for an additional fee at checkout.
